SHIPPING RATES

Orders within the USA will be charged a fee for shipping. For orders outside of the USA, shipping charge will vary depending on the weight of your package. Please make sure someone will be available to sign for your package, otherwise your order may be returned to us.

SHIPPING TIME

Orders within the USA average shipping time is between 5-7 business days when leaving our facility. Average shipping time outside of the US varies from country to country.

All orders will ship out within 2 business days of purchase. Some orders are subject to further verification and approval before shipping which can extend shipping time.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If email doesn't arrive within 72 hours, please contact us at customerservice@rockandbreezeclothingcompany.com for more information about your order.

WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED FOR MY ORDER?

You will be charged within 48 hours of your purchase, or a portion of your order, has shipped. You will only be charged for merchandise, along with all applicable shipping and tax rates.

I DIDN'T RECEIVE ALL OF MY ITEMS?

Our items frequently sell out quickly. If an item you ordered is sold out, we will notify you requesting if you'd like an exchange for another item. If we don't hear back within 72 hours, we will ship out all in-stock items and charge you for only the items that have shipped.

MY TRACKING NUMBER SAYS MY ORDER WAS DELIVERED BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT

If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered, but you can't find it please follow these steps:

Verify the shipping address on your order
Sometimes shipping addresses and billing addresses can get mixed or minor errors in shipping addresses can cause an unexpected issue.

Look for a notice of attempted delivery
Sometimes a courier will leave a notice of attempted delivery with further instructions on how to get your order.

Check the delivery location for your package
Often times different couriers can place items in different locations than your used too, please check all around the delivery address.

See if someone else accepted delivery
Make sure no other individuals or neighbors have signed for your package by accident.

Wait 36 hours:
In rare cases packages can say delivered up to 36 hours prior to arrival.

LOST PACKAGE

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

REASONS FOR RETURNS

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

Returned by Customer -Any merchandise purchased from www.rockandbreezeclothingcompany.com will be eligible for a credit or an exchange.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted via email (include order number and description) within 2 days after the product has been received to obtain a store credit.

Size exchanges and returns must be returned within 7 days with a valid receipt. All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, free from any stains (makeup, deodorant, etc.). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
